Helping people feel supported, cared for, and empowered during important moments in their life has always been close to my heart. My passion for caregiving and helping others has led me to combine many years of support work experience with my training as a doula.

My experience has equipped me to provide compassionate care, knowledge, and encouragement during one of life’s most beautiful adventures. I believe every individual and family deserves support that is personalized to their unique needs and circumstances.

With a wide range of training, I am able to support clients as a fertility doula, birth doula, postpartum doula, and pregnancy and infancy loss doula. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive space where you feel heard, empowered and cared for every step of the way.
